My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Disclosure:
I got this Edition of the Encyclopedia as a gift from some friends, Probably some Astronomy friends, I have a Hardcover edition in addition to an eBook with the same feature.
Overview:
The encyclopedia is a simple focus hard-work for all people who relates to Astronomy, In fact it contains some photos and description of the solar system and several planet around this Earth. The Encyclopedia contains 47 Chapter and Each chapter deals with a phenomena or a Planet around the Solar system with proofs that shows some Ultra Violet photos and so on.. In fact It is nice to have such encyclopedia with you all the time, especially if you are fun of astronomy.
Positive and Negative Aspects:
This encyclopedia is meant for the scientists who have prior knowledge in field, for them it would be very useful, Besides, It is written with a simple English Language so everyone would grasp the meaning of the whole ideas. I would reveal that I have been inspired by the High Quality images of the Planets stated in this Edition, the Notion of Design and Explanation forms used in the Edition, In addition to the Trustworthy Information used. In each chapter there is a bibliography that refers to the Original Information. So there is no way to suspect the Information.
My Personal Reaction:
Personally, I use this encyclopedia as a reference for all my knowledge discussions, I use it to know about the facts and figures of Certain planets around us, I use it to know the about the Geological phenomena that may happens in this world. Anyway it is a pleasure to read it even if one is far from the Scientist and Astronomic domain.
Recommendations:
I would recommend this book as a information reference to all the persons devoted to explore the Earth and all its aspects. It would as a textbook for people who are studying Astronomy likewise.
